REGISTRATION
The venue of NPC-NAS 2025 is a small conference hotel in Elsinore (Helsingør).
The venue has been chosen to increase interaction between delegates, as all delegates will stay at this hotel.
When registering for the event, both accommodation and all meals (breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea breaks, and dinner) are included.
Please note that you will have to decide the following when registering online:
A. Will you attend all 4 days programme or only 3?
NPC runs Monday (from 12.00) – Thursday (20-23 October)
NAS runs Tuesday (from 8.30) – Thursday (21-23 October)
B. Will you need accommodation?
3 nights; Monday-Thursday (20-23 October)
or
2 nights; Tuesday-Thursday (21-23 October)

The above registration fees include:
- Full access to the entire conference programme, exhibition and poster exhibition
- Accommodation in a single room at Konventum (the number of nights selected)
- Breakfast (the number of days selected)
- Coffee breaks & lunch (the number of days selected)
- Dinner at Konventum (the number of days selected)
* If you would like to book a double room – either with another delegate or together with a non-participating spouse/friend/child – please contact registration@cap-partner.eu.
In the latter case, there is an additional charge of 500 DKK per night, which will be paid through the Symposium Secretariat c/o CAP Partner.
